Improving Your Erectile Function New Year's Resolution

Most New Year’s Resolutions deal with losing weight and quitting smoking. If you are out on New Year’s Eve you’ll find that everybody will either be promising to exercise and eat less or to throw away the cigarettes for good. One resolution which you won’t find anybody admitting to is one which at Ukmedix News we feel is a very good one called the “Improving Your Erectile Function Resolution”.

Yes, you can make a promise to yourself to improve your erections! No, this doesn’t immediately require a prescription for Viagra, Cialis for Levitra but involves you making a specific effort to stop doing things which harm your erectile function and to start doing things which improve it.
Firstly quit smoking! If you are still doing this you’re walking into trouble and when the day comes when you are unable to get an erection, it’ll be your own fault!
Secondly, get thin! If you wait until your erectile function begins to suffer before you lose weight you could end up doing permanent damage which will not automatically be rectified with weight loss.
Thirdly, get fit! You don’t have to go crazy but regular cardiovascular exercise three times a week will work wonders for your circulation, your heart health and your blood pressure all of which are directly linked to good erectile function.
Lastly but not least, do some Kegel exercises! These exercises which can be done discreetly whenever you are sitting down involve you holding your pelvic muscles in for ten seconds and then releasing them. You can do these every day at your desk without anybody else in the office realising. Men and women can do these exercises and they have been shown to improve sexual function for both sexes.
So why not subscribe to the ‘Improving Your Erectile Function Resolution’ and tell us all about it next year? Just don’t tell your friends on New Year’s Eve because they’ll think you are weird : )
