If you start to suffer from impotence the thing to remember is not to panic and to reflect on how lucky you are to be suffering from this condition in the twenty first century. If you apply rational thought to your condition you increase the chances of curing it completely.

One of the things to consider is whether any other medication that you are taking could be causing the problem. For example antidepressants, blood pressure medicine medications and even insomnia medications can cause erectile difficulties as a side effect. If you talk to a doctor about your medications he may be able to prescribe you something else which is just as effective but does not have the same side effects.
Most erectile dysfunction is caused by unhealthy living. If you are for example a smoker you should quit immediately as you are doubling or tripling your chances of suffering from erection problems by continuing to smoke. You should also take into account your alcohol intake. If you are drinking a lot this is bound to have a negative effect on your sexual performance.
Talking to someone qualified such as a doctor or a sexual health nurse about your erectile dysfunction is extremely important because not only does it allow you to get quality information about your problem but it also relieves a loss of the stress and anxiety associated with impotence. Talking to your sexual partner is also important because it can relieve feelings of inadequacy which in themselves can aggravate erectile dysfunction.
Women should be extremely sensitive when dealing with men who suffer from erectile dysfunction and they should remember that how they deal with it can be part of the cure. In order for men to perform well in bed they need to be relaxed and women can help in this regard by taking the pressure off. Sometimes a hot bath and a relaxed atmosphere can help men to regain good erectile function.
At Ukmedix News we understand that men find it extremely difficult to open up about their erectile difficulties. Via the Ukmedix web site it is possible to have an online consultation to talk to a doctor about your sexual problems without having to look at them in the eye. You should never ignore erectile dysfunction because it could be related to some other health condition and it can also be seriously damaging to your confidence and general well being.

If you end up being unhealthy- you prbably won't attract women and therefore won't be having any hanky panky anyway.
Smoking is a disgusting habit and should be stamped out- if you smoke you are worse in bed and smell.... and the best part is you let everyone know by lighting up.
