In Singapore the health authorities recently conducted a raid on a building and found over 35,000 tablets designed to boost erectile function in men. Most of the tablets were called Power 1 Walnut and on testing were found to contain the active ingredient of Viagra namely sildenafil citrate. While the presence of this compound is dangerous and illegal what was of more concern to the health authorities was that the tablets contained glibenclamide which is used to treat people who suffer from diabetes and can be a lethal if given to the wrong people.

Only last week in Hong Kong a man died after using a similar tablet called Nangen and it is likely that more deaths will follow as the police have been unable to trace the whereabouts of all the tablets that have been sold in Hong Kong and on the Chinese mainland. It is also likely that hundreds of these tablets have been sold online and could even be in the United Kingdom.
Already six people have been admitted to hospitals after using these Power 1 Walnut tablets and one of them is in danger of dying. The police said that they arrested three men who were helping them with their investigations.
The health authorities of Singapore said that anybody who has used the Power 1 Walnut tablets should get medical help immediately even if they feel well now. Anybody who has purchased the Power 1 Walnut should contact local health authorities and tell them where they purchased the tablets from. If you are embarrassed about your purchase of Power 1 Walnut tablets you should at least phone up anonymously to inform the authorities from where you got them as failure to do so could cost another life.
The Asian region is being flooded with cheap and often dangerous erectile dysfunction medication some of which is finding its way to America and the European Union through internet sales.
