In yet another success for the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency two men have been prosecuted successfully for the selling of unlicensed erectile dysfunction medication in the United Kingdom. The two men, Mr. David Tetley and Mr. Steven Evans pleaded guilty to the charges brought forward that they had been selling the illegal medications Kamagra Oral Jelly, Kamagra and Loveagra all of which are unlicensed for sale in the United Kingdom.

The men in question are in breach of the law on three counts. Firstly the above mentioned medicines have no license to be sold in England, secondly they contain the active ingredients of Viagra the copyright of which belongs to the drug company Pfizer and thirdly they were selling these medications without a prescription.

In order to promote these illegal products they had been taking out advertisements in magazines which the MHRA responded to with undercover officers.  When they had clear proof that the law had been broken the men were arrested and charged.

Open the last year and the MHRA has stepped up as operations to catch people who sell erectile dysfunction medication in the United Kingdom illegally. They have had many successes recently and have put a number of men and women behind bars. Mr David Tetley and Mr. Steven Evans were lucky to escape with just a fine and a severe warning.

You are putting your health at risk if you buy illegal erectile dysfunction medication. Just recently a man died in Hong Kong after using a medication which contained the active ingredient of Viagra but also other chemicals which had not been properly tested.

Viagra is probably the most copied medication in the world and most of it is made in illegal factories in China and India which do not conform to the proper health authority standards. The MHRA has previously stated that if you buy a illegal erectile dysfunction medication you are playing “Russian roulette” with your health.
