Watch Out For ED On Valentine's Day

Both men and women often expect too much from Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is the day when women all over the United Kingdom expect some serious loving. And this can put some serious pressure on men to perform. This can be a dangerous concoction because research has shown that men perform much better in bed when they are relaxed and comfortable and do not have the pressure of performance anxiety placed on them. For this reason Valentine’s Day has also been nominated as National Impotence Day in the UK.

Women therefore must be aware of this and do their utmost to relax their men and make them enjoy the ritual of Valentine’s Day as much as they do themselves. Ukmedix News has spoken to men who say that when they feel that they are under stress to perform well in bed they invariably do not perform well or even suffer from erectile dysfunction. Performance anxiety is the most common cause of psychological erectile dysfunction.

Men should remember that when they go out for a candlelight dinner with champagne on the menu that they should hold back on the booze and only drink a few glasses.  They should also take it easy on the food front too as excessive eating is not conducive to good love making.

If sex is on the menu on Valentine’s night the emphasis should be on relaxation and slow enjoyment of the food, drink and company. Both men and women often expect too much from Valentine’s Day and are therefore invariably disappointed. You should lower your expectations of Valentine’s Day and hope that you are pleasantly surprised!

A man who fails to get an erection on Valentine’s will be seriously demoralized and humiliated as will his partner. Talking about erectile dysfunction is essential if you want to cope with the problem. At Ukmedix News we have seen huge amounts of research which shows that people who speak about sexual problems are far more likely to sort them out.
