Mr Fall who comes from Senegal claims that everything he knows about restoring sexual function comes from his mother. He goes on to say that a man loses all his influence if he can not be aggressive and manly in bed and that a man must perform well in bed. He claims that his treatment which appears to be a secret can cause instant erection and make you reach orgasm.
