Low Testosterone Appears In Many Young Men

Low levels of testosterone can be sometimes the cause of erectile dysfunction.

Fresh research done by scientists from the New England Research Institute shows that almost one in four men above the age of 30 are suffering from reduced levels of testosterone. Low levels of testosterone can be sometimes the cause of erectile dysfunction.  The scientists also noted that only around five percent of the men that they looked at actually showed clinical symptoms of low testosterone levels which means that many males over the age of 30 may be unaware of the fact that they have these low levels of the essential male sex hormone.

The researchers said that as men get older low levels of testosterone are more likely to impact on their sex drive and erectile function.  The clinical term for men who start to suffer from low levels of testosterone and start to have a waning sex drive as a result is Andropause. Low levels of testosterone can as well as a reduced sex drive also cause osteoporosis, depression, problems sleeping and a lack of physical energy.

The scientists looked at clinical information from about 1,500 men who had previously taken part in a community health survey. The men ranged between the ages of 30 and 79 and all of their testosterone levels were checked. If you have been feeling lethargic and have a low sex drive it could be due to low testosterone levels and you should maybe get this checked out by a doctor. He or she will need to give you a blood check in order to measure your testosterone levels.

Most erectile dysfunction is not caused by low testosterone levels but by a problem of blood flow to the penile artery. In fact if you are suffering erectile dysfunction as a result of low testosterone it will be pretty unusual. Testosterone has more of an effect on sexual desire as opposed to sexual function which must not be confused as they are completely different things.

I think that I may have suffered from Low Testosterone since birth. I have had low testosterone confirmed in blood tests a couple of times. I am now waiting proper diagnosis from a specialist in Endocrinology.

Whom I hope will give me a HGH testosterone implant.

As I hear that these can totally transform people who suffer from low testosterone's life.

Although, from what I understand, in some cases, the specialist has to look for signs of other disorders that may cause the low testosterone condition.
