Women Must Learn To Relax Their Men

Women must not underestimate the role they have in improving erectile function

Stress is a major cause of erectile dysfunction in men. In order to have a good sexual experience a man needs to be relaxed and calm and if he cannot be at the end of the day and he is still pensive about all his problems whether they be financial, logistical or whatever will probably not have satisfactory sexual intercourse.

Women Must Learn To Relax Their Men

If a woman wants to get the best out of her stressed man she needs to get him into a calm and relaxed frame of mind before sex. Talking about financial problems or any other things which are likely to increase his stress levels is also likely to affect his erectile function. Stress can form a vicious circle. If a man has a stressful day a then comes home to hear about a lot of other problems he probably will get more stressed and then not be able to act well in bed. If he suffers from complete erectile dysfunction this will cause him even more stress which will just compound the problem and it could get worse and worse.

On the other hand the man who comes home from a stressful situation at work and is welcomed into a calm environment where his problems are forgotten will likely perform well in bed which in turn will reduce his stress levels and thus make his stressful problems at work seem less significant. Women must not underestimate the role they can have in improving the erectile function of a man. They cannot cure him of the physical aspects of erectile dysfunction but they can be extremely effective in boosting his sexual confidence and getting the best out of them.

Most erectile dysfunction is due to physical problems but many men especially younger men when they do suffer from erectile dysfunction it is because of stress and psychological problems.
