The Penis Diet

Written by Stuart Stevens | Thursday, 24 April 2008 | There are 0 comments

the long term health of your erectile function is improved.
Instead of just popping a Viagra, Cialis or Levitra tablet a group of nutritionists in America are recommending that you follow their unique “Penis Diet”. They say that in the long term if you follow this specially formulated eating plan you will enhance your sexual performance in the long term and improve your blood flow to the penile artery.

The Penis Diet

The authors of the book namely Damon Cozamanis and Marc Grobman say that while erectile dysfunction drugs can address the actual symptoms of erectile dysfunction they come with side effects and they do not actually get to the root of the problem of what is actually causing this distressing medical problem. With the Penis Diet however the actual causes of erectile dysfunction are dealt with and the long term health of your erectile function is improved.

The authors claim that after a few months of following the proposals put forward in the Penis Diet men will start to notice a significant improvement in erection quality and have better orgasms.

The Penis Diet does not just deal with what you should be eating in order to achieve good erectile function but also deals with other issues such as physical or emotional influences that may actually make the problem worse.

At Ukmedix News we know the link between good overall health and good sexual health is extremely strong. If you are overweight, you smoke, you don’t take exercise and are generally unhealthy you are unlikely to have good erectile function. If on the other hand you take your overall health seriously you are statistically far more likely to have good erectile function as you grow older.

There’s no doubt that the Penis Diet is a bit of a gimmick but it is something that would do you no harm at all to read. It is full of useful bits of advice about how to improve your overall health and how to deal with erectile dysfunction.

One word of warning however, don’t read it in a public place!
