Industry Investigator Exposes Online Pharmacies

A leading industry fraud advisory company called MarkMonitor has made apparent that there is a huge lack of proper regulation regarding online pharmacies that target consumers in the United Kingdom.

MarkMonitor looked at over 3,000 websites that sold prescription medication, (or claimed to sell prescription medication). Among other things they noted that almost 10 percent of the web sites advertised the fact that you did not require to get a prescription to buy their prescription drugs. This is a clear sign that the medication that you end up will be counterfeit, out of date or just completely ineffective. It is illegal and extremely dangerous to sell prescription medication without a prescription.
Ukmedix News welcomes the report from MarkMonitor because it confirms so much about what we have been trying to highlight for months. We see so many bogus and illegally operating web sites that claim to sell genuine medications when in fact they are just selling fakes.
Another thing which could be of concern to many people is that your personal details may not be secure with these illegal operations. Anyone who sells Viagra, Cialis or Levitra on the internet without securing a proper prescription is a criminal and thus he is likely to pay scant regard to the legal requirements surrounding confidentiality and data protection. Therefore the criminal is likely to sell your personal details to spamming companies and your medical history of buying a certain erectile dysfunction drugs along with them.
You can never be too careful when buying erectile dysfunction medication on the internet. Ukmedix is aware of this and that is the reason we use the Pharmacheck system that allows you to find out exactly from which United Kingdom pharmacy your medication is coming from. You can look on the Ukmedix web site to see how the Pharmacheck System works.
