New Drug For ED

Scientists from the Medical Research Council's Human Reproductive Sciences Unit located in Edinburgh claim that they may have come across a revolutionary  breakthrough medication which could boost the sexual desire of both men and women.

New Drug For ED

This medication will be unlike the drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra which purely increase the actual sexual function of men but will actually increase the desire to have sex which millions of people around the world suffer from. This drug would be especially useful for women who suffer from loss of libido far more than men do. In fact it is estimated that around 1/3rd of women and 1/6th of men suffer from low libido.

The key ingredient of this new medication is Type 2 gonadotropin which is the hormone known to drive the reproductive system in both animals and in humans. So far testing has been limited to animals but the scientists are now keen to continue their research using human volunteers. In the animal testing done on female monkeys it was noted that they exhibited “classic mating behavior” far more often than usual. The scientists said that the female monkeys flirted much more with the male monkeys by raising their eyebrows and the flicking of their tongues.

An interesting side effect of using this medication was that the monkeys ate considerably less than they usually did which could mean that in the future this drug would also be used as an appetite suppressant. This would be the wonder drug of the future!  A drug that would not only improve the desire to have sex in women but would also keep them in shape at the same time.

Professor Millar speaking on behalf of the scientists said that this drug could possibly be a serious rival for the Viagra, Cialis and Levitra medications. It would also compete with the Intrinsa libido medication used by many women.
