It is in fact illegal to advertise any prescription medications

Congratulations are due to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency or the MHRA for short for having successfully prosecuted a man from North Humberside for selling and advertising prescription erectile dysfunction medication without the relevant permissions and licenses. It is in fact illegal anyway to advertise any prescription medications and under the law of the United Kingdom the man was handed down a conditional discharge for 2 years and told that he had to pay £3,000 in costs at York Crown Court.

Illegal Impotence Drug Seller Convicted

Mr. Peter Tomlinson had been selling the erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra and Cialis as well as other prescription drugs for weight loss namely the Xenical diet pill and Propecia which is a hair loss drug. All of the drugs are meant to be sold with prescriptions signed by a doctor and therefore they must come from licensed pharmacies.

Mr. Tomlinson had been cautioned by the police previously a few years ago but kept on running his business anyway. Ukmedix News is happy to know that another one of these illegal operations has been shut down as we feel that they are extremely dangerous as they do not properly warn people of the harmful side effects of erectile dysfunction medication and about the fact that they can interact with other medications.

At Ukmedix all the prescription medications come from a licensed pharmacy and a UK doctor is responsible for all the prescriptions. At Ukmedix only proper erectile dysfunction medications are sold and generic or unlicensed medication is never sent out.

If you come across an organisation that is selling prescription erectile dysfunction medication and you think it could be illegal you can contact the MHRA in London and report them. Ukmedix News hopes that the MHRA continues to shut down illegal operations that send out erectile dysfunction drugs.
