Woman Gets Compensation For Impotent Husband

Turkey is not the only nation to have awarded impotence compensation

Suffering from erectile dysfunction is obviously extremely distressing and humiliating for a man and can cause him to lose his self confidence completely. A man who suffers from impotence needs a lot of love and help from his wife and girlfriend if he is to regain his self esteem and research has shown that understanding partners can help a man to restore his erectile function.

Woman Gets Compensation For Impotent Husband

At Ukmedix News we greatly pity the man in Turkey who was taken to court by his wife for failing to perform sexually after marriage. The woman claimed that for one and a half years after marriage there had been no sexual activity between the couple because of the man’s complete erectile dysfunction. The woman said that as well as a divorce she wanted financial compensation for her distress and suffering over the course of the short marriage. At Ukmedix News we feel that the distress and suffering of the man would have been far bigger than anything that the woman had to go through.

The first court that the woman applied to issued a divorce for the woman but refused to give her compensation and as a result she appealed to the Supreme Court of Turkey. This senior court reaffirmed the divorce and gave her “compensation for impotence”.  The poor man now as well as being without a wife has also lost some of his money.

Erectile dysfunction drugs have helped to save many marriages that were faced with an impotence problem and Pfizer the makers of the best-selling erectile dysfunction medication Viagra can be thanked for this. It is thought that the man in question in Turkey tried various erectile dysfunction drugs but all of them failed to work for him.

Turkey is not the only nation to have awarded impotence compensation to women as we know that in some areas of India the law specifically says a man who cannot perform sexually for his wife must return her dowry and leave the marital home.
