You may have noticed that we sometimes include an article or two about Female Sexual Dysfunction or FSD for short. At present we can’t offer any medical treatment for FSD as none are available as yet but there may soon be a day when women will pop a pill in the same way that men pop a Viagra, Cialis or Levitra tablet. Many different drug firms are investing millions of pounds into sexual dysfunction treatments for women that if proven to be safe and effective would mean a huge market that is likely to eclipse Viagra, Cialis and Levitra all together.
A drug for Female Sexual Dysfunction really is the Holy Grail of the pharmaceutical industry. In the meantime what is a woman supposed to do? Its easier for a man especially these days as he can use Viagra, Cialis or Levitra to help him on his way but a woman needs to remember that any sexual dysfunction problem she has is likely to be in her head.
Research shows that while the majority of male sexual dysfunction is a physical problem when it comes to women the problem is more likely to be psychological. So a woman could well help herself if she asked herself what issues she has with sex and possibly speak to her sexual partner about the things that she likes and doesn’t like. Women often complain that men just rush into sex and don’t take time with it and this could sometimes be the cause of women not enjoying sex and failing to respond to the man.
If you feel like trying a remedy for FSD that has quite a few supporters try pure pomegranate juice that is being looked at by some companies as a way to help women restore their sexual function. It hasn’t been clinically proven but it is full of nutrients and essential vitamins and until the female Viagra comes on the market you might as well give it a try.
