Men who are not 100 percent comfortable with their sexual partners...

These days everybody appears to know what erectile dysfunction is and most people know that you can treat it with the erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. Another male sexual problem that practically everybody has heard of is premature ejaculation in which the man is unable to sustain sex for a long time. In fact these days the knowledge about all sexual problems is much greater than it was for the older generation and the younger generation have to thank companies like Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Bayer for promoting awareness about erectile dysfunction.

Rarer Type Of Sexual Problem In Men

One problem that does occur every now and again in sexual relationships is that a man is fully able to get erect but is not able to ejaculate despite having sex for a long time. This is a very unusual problem and can sometime be caused by various medications such as antidepressants or nerve damage as a side effect of diabetes. Men who drink a lot of alcohol are also known to have problems with ejaculating.

However some men who have psychological problems with their sexual partners also are known to have problems ejaculating. Men who are not 100 percent comfortable with their sexual partners may not be able to relax sufficiently in order to allow full ejaculation. These men will be able to ejaculate normally when they masturbate but will not be able to ejaculate when they get the same stimulation from a particular woman. They may just feel uneasy with the woman there are with or maybe they are feeling very guilty about cheating on someone else.

If you suffer from this condition you must be straight with yourself and ask yourself whether you think the problem is psychological or whether it is due to some sort of physical problem. If you are able to ejaculate normally in certain conditions but not in others then the problem is almost certainly psychological and you may want to bring this up with your doctor who may be able to help you.
