Seller Of Fake Viagra And Cialis Goes To Jail

A United States court in Philadelphia recently sentenced a woman to prison for 32 months for selling fake and illegal erectile dysfunction medication. The woman had been selling fake Viagra and Cialis tablets for about 6 months which she had obtained from China from one of the many companies over there that manufacture the fake medication that have no active ingredients and that are in fact just dummy pills. These factories sometimes make them from cement, sugar and just colour them to look like the originals.

Any one using these pills would have not experienced any positive effects and may have therefore thought that the erectile dysfunction that they were suffering from was in fact far worse than it in fact was and therefore may have then gone on to use much higher doses of another erectile dysfunction medicine that could have been dangerous for them.

All of the sales of Viagra and Cialis that were conducted by this woman were done over the internet and she is thought to have made thousands of dollars. When the police raided her home as well as finding thousands of fake erectile dysfunction pills they also found a stash of $35,000 in cash and a kilo of marijuana.  In all they confiscated two thousand fake Viagra pills and over one thousand fake Cialis pills potentially worth thousands of dollars on the black market.

The Chinese government despite assurances that they are trying to stop the illegal manufacture of these fake erectile dysfunction drugs is still not on top of the problem and it is thought that the manufacturers often bribe the authorities to turn a blind eye to their activities. India is probably the country that produces the second largest amount of fake erectile dysfunction drugs.

Ukmedix News has made it a policy to report on as many cases of fake erectile dysfunction medicines being sold in the hope that consumers will realise the dangers of using these fake medicine and will report any cases to the police and stop using them. Eventually the only real way to stop the use of these drugs is to educate people about their dangers and also catch the criminals that make them.
