They tend to prey on people who are vulnerable...

A con man who said that he was a medical doctor and that his specialisation was the treatment of erectile dysfunction has been charged by the police in the United States of America. Mr Marc Goulet has been formally charged with operating as a doctor without a medical license which is considered to be a very serious offence. The police have been tracing him for some time using undercover policeman pretending that they were suffering from erectile dysfunction in order to gather evidence against him. Mr. Goulet was in his Pompano Beach clinic when the police marched in and arrested him.

Mr. Goulet did not just to limit his treatment to dispensing and prescribing Viagra, Cialis and Levitra but also took it upon himself to inject men with testosterone as well as issue them with a number all of different creams and lotions which he said would help them. He claimed to specialise in aging, impotence and all sexual issues.

The police also claimed the during one visit, Goulet the even went as far as to claim that he was a licensed psychiatrist and therefore he was also able to treat any psychological problems that were connected with erectile dysfunction. The police took this investigation very seriously and even went as far as to get a female undercover police officer to pretend that she was the fiancée of a male police officer suffering from supposed erectile dysfunction.

The man had clinics in a number of different places in different states in America. Not only that but he also manage to get a regular radio appearance on a local radio channel which was called ‘The Doctor Goulet Show’. The police are asking anyone who was treated by this bogus doctor to come forward and help them in their investigation.

Ukmedix News has come across quite a few stories of bogus doctors operating without licenses. They tend to prey on people who are vulnerable and who are insecure about their medical condition. People who suffer from erectile dysfunction are perfect victims for these bogus doctors.
