Illegal Viagra Medicine Almost Kills Man

This compound can dangerously lower blood sugar levels

The latest warning to come from the Far East regarding dangerous erectile dysfunction medication concerns a product called Lu Quan. This product was responsible for nearly ending the life of a man in Hong Kong who had bought the capsules on the mainland in China and had been found unconscious before being rushed to Kwong Wah Hospital.

Illegal Viagra Medicine Almost Kills Man

Clinical testing done on the Lu Quan capsules showed that as well as containing the active ingredient of the impotence drug Viagra it also had another compound in it called glibenclamide which we have previously written about and warned our readers about in Ukmedix News. This compound can dangerously lower blood sugar levels and there have been a number of cases when it was found in illegal erectile dysfunction medication and it was responsible for patient deaths.

The Lu Quan tablets are red and yellow in colour and come in blister packs. There is no mention that they contain these chemicals and they are designed to give you the impression that they are completely natural Chinese herbal remedies.

The active ingredient of Viagra, sildenafil while being extremely effective in helping most cases of erectile dysfunction is not a drug which should be given to all men. Viagra is a prescription medication and use of it without a doctor’s consultation can be dangerous. Viagra can interact with other medications and cause serious health complications and that is why you must speak with a doctor before using it.

The problem of illegal erectile dysfunction medication being made in China is growing and along with this the number of men admitted to hospital as a result of using them is growing too.  Men tend to go for the illegal drugs because they are too embarrassed to see a doctor but there’s no question about the fact that it is far more embarrassing to be admitted to hospital and having to explain to your friends and family why you are there than to get to a prescription from a doctor.

At Ukmedix it is possible to have a consultation online so that you don’t actually have to have eye to eye contact with a doctor. Ukmedix only uses genuine branded medication from UK pharmacies and this can be confirmed by using the Ukmedix Pharmacheck system.
