Hindu Marriage Act Includes Impotence As Grounds For Divorce

The arrival of erectile dysfunction medications in India did a lot to make life simpler for Hindu men. Not only were men having sexual problems able to regain their ability to make love but they also had a huge weight of worry taken off their shoulders as being impotent Hindi men have the threat of divorce looming over them.

The law governing Hindi marriages states that a woman can make a petition to the courts to divorce her spouse for a number of different reasons such as cruelty, madness, desertion, suffering from contagious disease and even impotence. While some of these reasons are within the control of a man some of them such as impotence are not.
There have been some terrible incidents of men being brought to the courts and completely humiliated as their sensitive medical problem is brought out into the open. The Supreme Court in India is however debating whether to allow a new condition to be brought into the Hindu Marriage Act which would allow man and women to divorce when there was an “irretrievable breakdown” in the relationship and no specific reasons would have to be given. This would enable men who were to be divorced for being impotent to get out of their marriages without having to specifically identify their medical problem.
With the arrival of the erectile dysfunction medications Viagra, Cialis and Levitra in India the number of women petitioning the courts for divorce because of impotence has substantially declined. The vast majority of men who suffer from erectile dysfunction can cure the problem easily by taking one of the three aforementioned medications.
Viagra has saved thousands of marriages from the divorce court all over the world and it is credited as being the medication that has more impact on relationships than any other.
