The products which also contained high levels of caffeine had what are known as analogues of the Viagra ingredient sildenafil.

Sildenafil which has been tested by health authorities around the world is a safe medication to use for men with erectile dysfunction, but it is often copied by criminal organizations who want to use it in their illegal products and add it to other compounds to try and evade detection should it be tested.
