Watch out for Black Ant! That is the latest warning to come from the American Food & Drug Administration regarding the use of dangerous male enhancement supplements. The FDA which issued the warning said that Black Ant contained the undeclared drug ingredient sildenafil.

Black Ant is described as being a natural sexual enhancer however the clinical testing which the product underwent showed that in fact it contained three times more sildenafil [the active ingredient in Viagra] than normal Viagra tablets meaning that it could be extremely dangerous to men who used it. 

An overdose of Viagra can cause heart attacks, low blood pressure and even a stroke. The fact that the Black Ant product was marketed as being natural means that men who have been warned not to use Viagra, Cialis or Levitra may be tempted to use it thinking that it is perfectly safe. Men who use nitrates to control their blood pressure should never use erectile dysfunction medication because it can be fatal.

The FDA advised that men who were using Black Ant should stop doing so immediately and go and see a doctor and explain the problem.  Men who have been feeling ill or suffered adverse health events as a result of using the product Black Ant should consult not only a doctor but also a lawyer.
