The American Food & Drug Administration has done testing on two so-called dietary supplements produced by the USA Far Ocean Group Inc and found them to contain sulfosildenafil and tadalafil.

USA Far Ocean Group Inc who sold and marketed these products as 'All-Natural, Science-based, Proven Non Toxic, Safe Dietary Supplements' of course claimed that they had absolutely no idea that these products had these potentially dangerous compounds in them and are cooperating with the recall ordered by the FDA.
The products which have the pretty ridiculous names X-Hero and Male Enhancer could cause serious injury and even death to certain individuals and may already have been responsible for adverse health events. The ingredients can interact with blood pressure medication [nitrates] to cause potentially fatal low blood pressure.
The FDA warned that any men who have used X-Hero or Male Enhancer should stop doing so immediately and get a checkup from their doctor.
At Ukmedix News we have lost count of the amount of times that the FDA has warned men about the dangers of dietary and sexual supplements but it appears that their messages not getting through.
Gullible and unsuspecting individuals often genuinely believe these products are harmless and often use them because they have been warned not to use the legal prescription medications Viagra, Cialis and Levitra because of possible side effects and contraindications.
Closer to home in the United Kingdom we have been lobbying law enforcement authorities to take firmer action against local distributors of these types of supplements which can even sometimes be found in high street health shops.
There are only three clinically tested and safe erectile dysfunction medications available for men and they are Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. All three of them are prescription medications and it is possible to have a discreet online consultation to get a prescription at the Ukmedix web site. Medications are only dispensed from UK based pharmacies and you can check this using the Pharmacheck system.
