Certain specific exercises and routines can make the difference between you having a pretty rubbish sex life and an amazing one even as you get older. Being fit needs to a healthy heart and arteries which are the two most important components required for good sex especially as you grow older.

If you are fit, slim and strong not only will she benefit but you'll have a more varied and interesting sex life.

One good exercise is to get into the press up position but instead rest on your elbows with your back completely straight and your hands clasped together. See if you can stay in this rigid position for one minute and then have a rest and then repeat as many times as possible.

Other good sex exercises involve strengthening the upper body and this can be done with regular press ups. If you are unfit you might find that press ups are a lot of work but if you do as little as ten every morning you'll notice that after a few weeks they will be much easier and before you know if you'll be doing 30 or 40 each time.

If you need to motivate yourself to go down to the gym just think of the good sex that you'll be getting if you carry on working out!
