Senetek, the health care and technology company has recently invented a new erectile dysfunction injection that could help people suffering from advanced forms of impotence and sexual dysfunction. They have recently licenced the company Plethora Solutions the exclusive rights to make and market the injection drug called Invicorp. The licensing rights are for the North American market only.
Plethora is a specialist pharmaceutical company with experience in the developing and marketing of drugs and other products for the treatment and cure of urological problems. Senetek's expertise is more toward the anti aging market and geriatric drugs. The worldwide erectile dysfunction market is huge and the many people who suffer from urological problems also have a form of sexual dysfunction.
The license agreement allows Plethora to have full control of Invicorp and its regulatory process in the North America region which is the single largest market representing around forty percent of worldwide sales of erectile dysfunction remedies and cures. The agreement also included first options on other world regions excluding the EU.
The patent holder of the erectile dysfunction drug Senetek will still get royalties on sales and other payments as per the agreement.
