Cannabis Link To Impotence In Young Men

Cannabis smokers should be aware that their drug habit could cost them their erectile function. Practically everybody knows that the simple act of smoking increases the chances of a man suffering from erectile dysfunction and now new research shows that cannabis use adds to the likelihood of suffering from the condition.

Doctors have recently become aware that men who have smoked a lot of cannabis when young have significantly higher rates of erectile dysfunction. The impotence condition has even been known to affect teenage boys who have been smoking cannabis for a few years.
It is not quite clear why cannabis has an effect on erectile function but some experts say that it has something to do with the testosterone which regulates sexual desire. It is also possible that cannabis smoking affects parts of the brain that control sexual urges. The scientists will need to do further research before they can conclusively show how and why cannabis has an affect on erectile function.
Smoking does not normally have an effect on young men until they reach their thirties but cannabis smoking produces higher rate of erectile dysfunction at much earlier ages. Men should be made aware by their doctors that any habit which is harmful to their health will eventually impact on their erectile function. Men who have never smoked, have stayed away from illegal drugs have only drunk moderately and have always taken a little bit of exercise are likely to have good erectile function well into their 70's and 80's. If you abuse yourself when you are younger you will pay for it when you are older.
At Ukmedix News we advise all young men to look after their health because it will play great dividends for their future sexual function and quality of life.

Danny how sad but how frank of you to state what happened to you, I hope that by doing so you will have helped so many young boys on canabis to change their ways. Well done you!
