food can play an incredibly important psychological part in amazing sex

Every year as Valentine’s Day approaches hundreds of media organisations do features with names such as Food For Loving, Food To Get You In The Mood or Make That Night Special With Sexy Food. Well at Ukmedix News we’ve done a few of those ourselves and we know that the reality is the impact of what you eat on your ability to perform in the bedroom is pretty minimal.

Can Food Boost Sexual Function, Fact Or Fiction...

OK, if you were to eat a huge amount of fatty food and drink a whole bottle of wine you might not be the best lover in the world but provided that you eat and drink in moderation you should be fine on the day. So what is it about all these foods for sex and loving and is it all just a load of rubbish?

Well actually it isn’t rubbish, because there’s a lot more to good sexual function in both men and women than just the physical aspect and food can play an incredibly important psychological part in the buildup to a night of fantastic sex! Making an effort and doing some groundwork on the food front is something the women love because it makes them feel important and emotionally secure which is probably the best non medicinal libido booster for them available. For men, having to wait a few hours nibbling strawberries and slurping on oysters before getting what you want actually increases desire and erectile function and makes the whole event more satisfying.

The food might not actually boost the physical sexual function but it will definitely boost the sexy vibe in the air. Think strawberries, chocolates, oysters, exotic fruit, (especially anything with a sexy shape like mangos or figs), put a few candles on the table, feed her tidbits by hand and the magic should begin!

Food and sex have something in common in that they can both be improved with plenty of preparation!
