We know we go on about this a bit at Ukmedix News but we feel it's right that we remind our readers about the importance of getting exercise not only to lose weight and improve your health overall but because [and we’re going to put it bluntly here] it will give you stronger, harder and longer erections!

Numerous studies which we have already published at Ukmedix News show the importance of having a healthy heart and healthy arteries in order to boost erectile function. It is no good overeating, being lazy and generally living unhealthily and then wondering why you have bad erectile function.
We also know that after a couple of weeks all good intentions to go and get workouts in the New Year start to fade and that new motivations are required. Well one of the best things that men can do to encourage them to keep working out is to focus on how their exercises will boost not only their erectile function but also their sexual desire. The male hormone testosterone is produced when you lift weights and work your muscles and this will [and we’re going to put it bluntly here again] make you horny!
This advice is especially important for older men approaching their forties and who are beginning to notice changes in the duration and strength of their erections. While the drugs Viagra, Cialis and Levitra will almost certainly cure the problem in the short term and give you ‘teenage erectile function’ again in the long term, if you want to continue having good sex into your 50’s, 60’s, 70's and even 80’s you should start to think about your sexual health now. Remember that if you lose erectile function due to poor health it will be much more difficult and it could take a long time to regain it again. Come on what are you waiting for?
Get down to the gym and start pumping those weights!
