We've written quite a bit at Ukmedix News about the problem of performance anxiety which can cause a form of psychological erectile dysfunction and now a new study conducted by researchers in Spain has shown how the stress of chatting up beautiful women could actually have a negative biological effect on the heart and produce higher than normal levels of cortisol which can directly cause impotence.

Men who try to chat to beautiful women will understand the importance of keeping cool so to project a confident and in-control image. This new research shows that it isn't enough to project the image of being relaxed but that it is also essential to actually be relaxed inside too.
The study done at the University of Valencia measured stress and cortisol levels of men who were left alone with attractive women who they had not previously met. They noticed that the cortisol levels in the blood dramatically increased very quickly to the sort of levels which were observed in men jumping from an airplane.
Over 80 men took part in this study and the researchers said that in some instances the risk of a heart attack due to increased levels of cortisol and stress was very real. Since it is well known that one of the biggest causes of erectile dysfunction is stress and anxiety it is no surprise that performance anxiety is a very real problem for some men.
Basically this research shows that performance anxiety is not just a psychological problem but that there is also a physical aspect to it. It should serve as a reminder to men that getting stressed out is not good for their sexual health and could lead to embarrassing incidents in the bedroom.
So guys you know what to do! Think like James Bond and act like him too when it comes to meeting beautiful women.
