You Need Hair To Lead The Free World

The importance of having a good head of hair have been underlined and highlighted by the recent Republican and Democrat nominations for the Presidency of the White House in America. All the presidential candidates have hair and in recent memory there been no serious contenders who have been suffering from serious male pattern baldness. Until the advent of TV in the United States and in other countries around the world being bald was not such an issue but now the importance of image is paramount if you want to get elected.

Psychologists say that having hair reinforces the impression of power, integrity and authority and that is why men with a good mane of hair tend to get more votes than those who are bald. It sounds so stupid and fickle that this is the case but unfortunately people tend to vote on appearances as well as policy.
Rudy Giuliani who has recently dropped out of the race for the White House was the big hope for bald men around the country and despite being a good leader and the one time Mayor of New York he did not get sufficient votes for the presidential nomination. John McCain is suffering from thinning hair and rumour has it that his campaign managers have invested in hair treatments to make his hair look fuller and more abundant.
In some lines of work having hair is really not an important issue. In other lines of work however your appearance and your hair is all important. You can’t be a heavy metal rock star with a bald head but you could easily be an accountant or librarian. Some people even say that whether you go bald or not can determine what career you end up having.
So be aware that if you wanted to have a career in politics and you begin to suffer from male pattern baldness you need to do something about it now rather than later!
