Some good news for men who are experiencing Male Pattern Baldness is that even though you may be looking older due to your bald head, you are not actually aging more than other people with a full head of hair. A common old wives tale is that people who lose their hair at an early age will end up dying before their peers who have a full head of hair, but recent research that we have seen at Ukmedix News shows that this is just a load of codswallop.

The study that was done Denmark looked at over 20,000 males and females over a period of sixteen years and concluded that there was absolutely no link between ageing, hair loss and the age of death. The study also looked at whether the people who went grey at an early age or whose faces had more wrinkles had shorter life spans and yet again this was shown not to be the case.
What this research really proves is that the outward appearances of age such as male pattern baldness and wrinkles have absolutely no bearing on the length of your life. It is a bit of a cliché to state it but it seems that it is a case of ‘what’s on the inside is what counts’.
At Ukmedix News we have seen that scientists often try to link male pattern baldness with some other medical conditions such as heart disease but to date in all cases it has been noted that whether you go bald or not is not connected to anything else medically. Male pattern baldness is purely a genetic condition and is not related to diet, fitness or anything else.
So if you eat healthily, get a little bit of exercise and stay away from smoking you'll probably live a healthy and long life, but it definitely will have no effect on whether you go bald or not.
