The research involved over 1,000 men in ten different countries and was initiated by the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Centre in Dallas, the Northwestern University and also in conjunction with Lilly Research Laboratories who are owned by the company that makes Cialis. In line with correct medical practice the research was done on a double blind, randomised, placebo controlled format to ensure the validity and accuracy of the results.
