Everybody has New Year's Resolutions whether they are to lose weight, work harder, do some exercise, eat healthier, get a better job, have better sex or just live a less stressful life. What a lot of people do not realize is that all of these resolutions are connected to smoking and that if you try and sort out any of these aspects of your life without quitting you are ignoring the major solution to your problems.

For example, if your resolution is to work harder this year and be more productive what better way to do this then by quitting smoking. You will have more energy, you will sleep better and you will not be wasting hours of your time every week trying to find time for cigarette breaks!
Another resolution might be to get a better job? Well, some employers will just automatically exclude you because you are a smoker. There is a lot of prejudice against smokers with some employers arguing that they lack self discipline and that they portray a bad corporate image. Research we have seen at Ukmedix News shows that many people, smokers included, perceive smokers to be less intelligent than nonsmokers.
If your New Year's Resolution is to have better sex [and this applies to both men and women] reading the whole of the Kuma Sutra will pale into insignificance compared to quitting smoking. Research has shown that quitting smoking improves not only sexual desire but also sexual function in both men and women.
Lastly but by no means least if it is a less stressful live you want to live, your first action should be to quit smoking. Apart from the fact that smoking comes with a huge statistically proven chance of getting cancer, heart disease and practically every other disease known to man it also makes it much more difficult for you to relax at all times.
If you are a smoker and you ignore the fact that the only New Year's Resolution you should have is to quit smoking you could be setting yourself up for a terrible year! don't say we did warn you!
