The White House Press Secretary, Mr. Robert Gibbs is keeping tight lipped about whether the President of America Barack Obama has managed to fully control and stop his smoking habit. Mr. Gibbs avoided the questions fired at him and merely said that “struggling with nicotine addiction is something that happens everyday.”

This is an important point because at Ukmedix News we’ve spoken to hundreds of people who quit smoking and the majority of them say that despite being smoke free for long periods of time they still occasionally get cravings to light up again.
People sometimes even give up for many years and feel that they are completely rid of the habit when the sudden urge to smoke comes back. This is extremely dangerous because many ex-smokers feel that because they have quit the habit for so long having just the one will be fine. Your body and your brain will never forget smoking and having that one cigarette will very likely reactivate all the addictive cravings that you tried so hard to get rid of.
At Ukmedix News we believe that President Obama is one of those people who will struggle with his smoking addiction for a long time and who should be extremely wary of getting into situations where he is tempted to light up. Working in the White House and being President of America is probably one of the best things that could have happened to President Obama with regard to his smoking problem. Being in the spotlight and under media scrutiny means that if he does start smoking again or even just has the odd cigarette he will not only be letting himself and his family down but he will also be sending a message to the American people that he has no willpower and that he is weak.
Even if you have quit for a decade be extremely wary of cigarettes and never even think about having just one puff.
