Ozzy Osborne always said that the most serious and difficult to quit of all of his addictions was definitely cigarette smoking. He said the quitting the booze and drugs was nothing compared to the hold that cigarettes had on him.
Lindsay Lohan who is only 24 has definitely done enough damage to her body over the last few years. Another thing which she probably is aware of is that if she goes to prison following the charges against her for stealing a necklace from a Los Angeles shop she will be in a nonsmoking prison. The Lynwood Correctional Facility is a completely non smoking institution and no matter how rich and famous you are there are no exceptions.
It may be that going to prison could be the best thing that could ever happen to Lindsay as she will be free from the temptation of drink, drugs and cigarettes as well as the bad influence of her so called friends. Prison could be the best rehabilitation program for Lindsay and it's completely free unlike the celebrity rehab clinics that cost a small fortune every week.
Quitting smoking is often a personal battle which provided you can do it can boost your confidence and your self esteem. There's nothing more depressing and defeating than a failed quit smoking attempt. Those people who have tried to quit and then failed know how depressed you feel after that first cigarette especially if they have gone a long periods without smoking.
Come on Lindsay you can do it! don't let us down.
