Katherine Heigl has been talking about her smoking addiction again! Katherine who was recently interviewed on the Late Show with David Letterman spoke about how difficult it was to quit even though she now has an adopted Korean baby girl with her husband Josh Kelley.

We've written about Katherine Heigl and her smoking addiction before partly because she never seems to stop talking about it! She definitely appears to be one of those smokers who spends their whole life trying to quit with a whole range of different methods. She has apparently tried nicotine replacement therapy in the form of a patch as well as nicotine gum and even made use of the smoking cessation drug Champix. She is now trying to quit using electronic nicotine releasing cigarettes.

The way we see it at Ukmedix News is that Katherine is always trying to come up with some shortcut to quit smoking instead of facing up to the fact that she needs to put in a good deal of effort too. She hasn't been smoking for that long since she only started in her early twenties and so it shouldn't require too much effort for her to quit the habit completely.

We also reckon that Katherine needs to take stock of her situation now that she's a mother and stop pussyfooting around. People who talk about quitting, how they tried to quit, and how they're going to quit are often just procrastinating and maybe they should take the advice from Nike, which is "Just Do It".

Katherine, we all think you are an amazing talented and beautiful actress. We love watching your films and some of us even fantasize about you and your voluptuous curves, but please please please will you stop talking about your stupid cigarette addiction and stop making feeble excuses about how difficult it is to quit.
