BIG MISTAKE!

Katherine Heigl is still smoking according to news reports. We have written about this beautiful actress before at Ukmedix News and her battle with her smoking addiction. We have used her as an example of how a simple odd cigarette every now and again can turn into a life changing addiction with potentially serious health consequences.

Katherine Heigl Just Can

Katherine only started smoking at the age of 24! By the time most people get to the age of 24 without smoking they stay that way but in her case she felt that having the odd cigarette every now and again was something that she could control. BIG MISTAKE! Katherine now admits that has smoking habit now plays a part in every single decision she makes and that she has become “a slave to it”.

She admits to even having to plan here life around when and where she will smoke the next cigarette. In six short years Katherine has gone from being healthily smoke free to a full on nicotine addiction which is not only controlling her life but also increasing the chances of getting practically every single illness known to man. Hardened smokers will know exactly what Katherine means and how normal things like going to a restaurant or working in an office can become tiresome and problematic because of the inability to light up freely.

Katherine’s case should serve as an eye opener and warning to those people who think that having the odd cigarette is something not to worry about. It is the decision to have these odd cigarettes which could get a hold on your life and end up making you die from a smoking related disease. At least Katherine is honest and vocal about her smoking addiction and is not in denial about her problem. The first step to healing your smoking problem is to face it and to take concrete steps to cure it. There are many different smoking cessation remedies such as hypnotherapy, counseling, the use of smoking cessation medications such as Champix or nicotine replacement therapy in the form of a patch or Electronic cigarettes.

Don’t wait till it’s too late, the only time to quit his right now!

She did reveal even more recently that she has managed to quit in the past few weeks. Hopefully she has managed to stick to it
