Show the world that you're not just an airhead floozy bimbo supermodel

The supermodel Kate Moss is having yet another go at trying to quit smoking! This comes after a number of failed attempts and even a declaration that smoking was part of her and that there was no way she could give up.

Kate Moss has a love-hate relationship with cigarettes which she has battled with for the last decade and we sincerely hope that she will now finally bin the habit for good.  This time Kate is going for hypnotherapy which in her case is probably the best form of treatment because it will sort out all the conflicting emotions in her head which surround her smoking habit. Media reports even say that Kate is hoping to reduce her alcohol intake and generally get healthy with a possibility of getting pregnant in the near future.

Kate who is happily shacked up with Jamie Hince the guitarist of the band The Kills, already has a daughter but Jamie is keen to start a family and obviously it is important that she is in good health before getting pregnant.

From our own research at Ukmedix News we have seen how individuals all tell a different story about how they quit their smoking addiction. For some people the physical withdrawal symptoms of nicotine were the hardest thing to deal with, whereas for other individuals social pressures and loss of identity were their challenges. Before you decide to quit smoking you should identify what smoking means to you and identify the triggers that make you smoke and make positive steps to deal with them.

For some individuals the smoking cessation medication Champix, made by the pharmaceutical company Pfizer has been very effective in reducing smoking cravings and giving them the extra push to become smoke free. Champix works on brain receptors which control smoking cravings and in clinical testing have been shown to reduce the desire to drink alcohol too.

Come on Kate you can do it! Show the world that you're not just an airhead floozy bimbo supermodel and that there's some grey matter between your ears!
