Just A Few Ciggies A Day May Kill You

Casual smokers often delude themselves

There are thousands of smokers out there who just get through a few a day and who reckon that because they don't have a full on twenty a day habit they are somehow under the radar for serious illness and early death. They couldn't be more wrong! Casual and social smokers usually live to sorely regret ever having had even one cigarette.

just a few ciggies a day may kill you

Having three or four cigarettes every day over a couple of decades is not something which your body will completely bypass. It will have a considerable negative health impact and this is likely to manifest itself in the form of cancer, heart disease and early death so stop kidding yourself and throw away the cigarettes for good.

In the majority of cases, lung disease is irreversible and will leave you with an inability to breathe properly and this obviously will have a huge impact on your quality of life. Going upstairs will become a major drama in your life and just walking down to the shops or to get a drink in the pub will make you feel like you've just done a two hour workout in the gym.

Casual smokers often delude themselves even more by convincing themselves that because they smoke low tar cigarettes they again are somehow safe from smoking related diseases. There are hundreds of studies out there which show that people who smoke low tar cigarettes massively increase their chances of dying young, getting cancer, heart disease and practically every other disease known to man.

So if you hear anybody trying to articulate this drivel and you like the person and you don't want them to die young the advice from Ukmedix News is that you tell them that they are talking complete and utter bullshit or you may end up seeing them lying in a hospital bed, gasping for breath with an oxygen mask on.

Yes, quitting smoking is difficult but there is help out there. You just have to take that first step!

It's very hard to give up, can you help me please? I thought that just a few a day wouldn't matter.

Nigel, if you think that just a few a day would not matter you need to think again, I don't know your age but whatever it is it will prevent you from living sickness free, so please try to give up smoking, go see a doctor he will tell you what to use, and monitor you. Good results mate!
