Jack will probably begin to notice a lot of different things about how he feels

Jack Black, the movie star and comedian who has been making a name for himself recently with a number of blockbuster movies had joined the ranks of non-smokers! Ukmedix News wishes him well and supports him in his effort.

Jack Black Quits

Jack who was a heavy smoker said he began to realise that smoking just did not fit into his lifestyle and that he had to start taking his health seriously fter the birth of his second son Thomas. He says that his comfortable and quiet family existence was not conducive to smoking and that it was becoming increasingly difficult to justify lighting up.

He said that as well as not smoking he is now living a much more healthy life and going to bed early rather then partying late at night. He said that he had been promising himself for over a decade that he was going to quit smoking and is incredibly proud that he finally has managed to do it.

Jack will probably begin to notice a lot of different things about how he feels now that he has quit. He should start to sleep better which will be conducive for lowering levels of stress meaning that he will feel more relaxed. Good sleep also is said to help the body regulate the metabolism better and therefore burn off more calories, which will be useful if he starts to eat more to compensate for the lack of cigarettes.

While Jack hardly strikes us as being somebody who is lacking in energy he may nevertheless notice that he is feeling more energetic. Men who have recently quit smoking also report increased levels of erectile function and libido. But the most important thing that Jack should be aware of is that now he is massively reducing his likelihood of dying a slow and painful death at an early age meaning that is likely to see grand children and great grandchildren.
