People who are quitting smoking need to be motivated 
If you are thinking of quitting smoking something which you can do to motivate yourself is to go and get your teeth professionally cleaned at a dental clinic which specialises in this treatment. Over the years your teeth will have got yellow and unsightly and even though you may have got used to it and you might not see it when you check in the mirror it will be very obvious to other people. You will especially notice that the back of your teeth will be stained a dark brown colour.
At Ukmedix News we always advise that when you decide to stop smoking you should set a date a couple of weeks ahead as the “quit date”. It would be a good plan to go and get your teeth cleaned on this date too so that you can start your smoking cessation attempt with a nice bright and white smile.
After a couple of weeks of not smoking you should start to notice that your skin looks better, that you are feeling healthier and having white teeth can add to your aura of healthiness. People who are quitting smoking need to be motivated and if you can see the physical effect that not smoking is having on you it will help you stay away from the cigarettes.
When you have quit smoking for say a week reward yourself with a prize. Go and buy yourself some new clothes or go and get your hair cut. Remember that you will be saving money every day that you don’t smoke and if you use to smoke a packet a day you will eventually save over £2,000 over a year. Remember that the time to quit smoking is now!
Don’t leave it until it is too late when you have some illness which is incurable.
