all the actions associated with smoking will come back to you immediately

A word of warning for ex smokers! Did you know about 90 percent of all people who give up smoking eventually end up at some time in the future beginning again? Some people have been known to give up for years and years and then at some weak point light up and start again. If you have been a serious smoker at some point in your life and you completely quit you must remember that you are at all times extremely susceptible to start again. Because your mind will remember your smoking habit all the actions associated with smoking will come back to you immediately. It will feel like second nature to just to carry on puffing throughout the day.

Ex Smokers Very Likely To Start Again

In a sense when you have been a serious smoker you must remember that you will always be an ex smoker as opposed to somebody who just doesn’t smoke. People who have given up for a number of years get over confident that they have completely controlled and mastered their smoking addiction and so as a result they feel that having the odd puff really isn’t a big deal for them. At Ukmedix News we have spoken to hundreds of smokers who rue and regret that day when they thought they could just have the one puff! That first puff often is the first step to returning to a twenty a day smoking habit.

You have to think of yourself like a recovering alcoholic does when it comes to alcohol. If you have been a heavy smoker you must make sure that you stay away from all situations where smoking is happening and constantly be concious of the fact that that first puff could mean that you have to go through the trials of quitting again.

Some reports that we see at Ukmedix News show that quitting the second and third time can be even more difficult than the first time so you definitely do not want to start again!
