Giving up smoking can change your life! People who take the initiative to restore their health by quitting smoking often make a serious effort to go to the gym, to be more healthy with their diets and generally live a less unhealthy life. This can have positive results in all areas of your life including in your work and your relationships.

Ukmedix News has spoken to people who having quit smoking started to get fit and healthy which helped them to visualise their lives more clearly and to take steps to advance themselves at work. Other people say that they made much more of an effort with their relationships when they quit smoking because of all the positive energy that they now had. Both men and women often report a much increased desire for sex when they quit smoking and men are far less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction if they are nonsmokers.
At Ukmedix News we do not actually like the expression "quit smoking", because we feel that it implies that you are cutting something out of your life when in fact when you stop smoking you actually gain so much. It is not just health benefits that you gain but you are no longer a slave to what is in reality a disgusting habit.
Another thing which you should consider is that many men and women would never date or go out with a person who was a smoker. If you look at dating agencies on the internet you will notice that if you say that you are a smoker you will get far less interest from the opposite sex. If you are a single person and you are trying to find a boyfriend or girlfriend the simple act of smoking when you are out in a bar or in a nightclub would also greatly reduce your chances of meeting someone.
To a non smoker smoking is a vile habit and you will end up looking like a complete idiot in their eyes if you carry on puffing away.
