People who give up say that they can relax in places where smoking is banned...

A recent survey seen by Ukmedix News shows that almost 50% of people in the UK are aware that a smoking ban is due to be implemented but they are not sure when the date is. The ban which is due to come into force on the first of July has been widely publicised and even though some people are unsure of the date, 95% of UK people are aware that a ban is due to be enforced. The UK government will be highlighting the first of July date in more adverts to educate the public better.

Smoking Ban Only 50 Days Away

The ban is only about 50 days away and the UK government has been sponsoring campaigns to highlight awareness of the ban and to help people quit smoking. A lot of the advertising is explaining to people where they will be allowed to smoke and how the ban will affect the lives of smokers. There is no doubt that banning smoking in public places can have a very beneficial effect in helping people who are trying to give up smoking to succeed.

People who have given up say that they can relax in places where smoking is banned as they are not constantly tempted by other people smoking. The smoking ban is also good as it reduces the effects of passive smoking on people who are not smoking themselves.

At Ukmedix News we have been receiving a lot of inquiries about the smoking drug Champix which has been proven in extensive clinical testing to really help people quit the smoking habit. Unlike many other smoking remedies which work by replacing nicotine in the bloodstream, Champix works by acting on brain receptors that control the urge to smoke. Champix is made by the world’s biggest drug company, Pfizer that also makes the world famous erectile dysfunction medication Viagra.
