The world famous heavy metal madman and hooligan Ozzy Osbourne recently said that of all the drugs that he has taken over his wild and drug fueled life nicotine was the one that gave him the most problems giving up. This is an extraordinary statement that shows the addictive power of cigarettes and nicotine. Despite being a self confessed ex-alcoholic and drug user who has used cocaine, heroin and LSD he still maintains that nicotine was the toughest.

Ozzy said that he used nicotine replacement patches all over his body but he still wanted to smoke despite the fact that all the extra nicotine in his system made his heart beat too fast and made him feel sick. He said that for him the nicotine patches did not work for him and that he finally just got fed up of his cigarette habit and quit on the spot.
At Ukmedix News we understand how hard it is to quit smoking and that for some people they cannot imagine a life without cigarettes, but look at it like this, if Ozzy Osbourne can quit smoking then so can you. Quitting smoking always requires a certain amount of willpower and a complete and focused dedication to beating the habit.
At Ukmedix News we have been seeing that many people who have tried to quit smoking and failed many times finally get the upper hand on their habit when they use the smoking cessation drug Champix. Champix is unique in that it works unlike any other smoking cessation drug by acting on your brain receptors that control the urge and enjoyment of smoking.
Champix is made by the world’s largest drug company Pfizer, (very famous for making the impotence drug Viagra), and is a prescription drug that has been recently launched in the United Kingdom.
