her smoking habit could put a strain on her relationship with her husband

The movie star Katherine Heigl is a particular favourite of Ukmedix News. The only thing we don’t like her for is the fact that she’s still smokes! We wrote about her a couple of months ago because she was getting married and her fiancé said that all he wanted as a wedding present was for her to quit her unhealthy habit. However it appears that she has been unable to stop smoking.

One of her fans has taken it upon himself to help her quit the habit and gave her a packet of nicotine gum when she was signing autographs in New York recently. Katherine got quite a shock when the man told her that he was going to help her quit smoking. The man said that he had quit smoking twenty years ago and that he knew what she was going through.

Katherine started smoking when she was 23 years old just for a laugh but this has now turned into a serious and almost impossible to quit habit and she regrets lighting up that first cigarette enormously. Some people think that they can just have the odd cigarette now and then but this is more often than not, not the case and they end up being hardened and fully addicted cigarette smokers.

Katherine has tried to quit smoking on a number of occasions but has been unable to do so. She should be aware that her smoking habit could put a strain on her relationship with her husband and the quicker she quits smoking the better.

At Ukmedix News we reckon that the smoking cessation drug Champix could greatly help Katherine in her attempt to quit and that she should get proper medical advice about the way forward for her. The good thing is that she realises how harmful smoking can be for her and she is determined to quit at sometime in the near future.
