What are you waiting for?! How much more evidence do you need before you convince yourself to stop lighting up? The time is now. Be like Nike and just do it!

We sympathise with you at Ukmedix News, we know that smoking is difficult to give up but all you need to do is imagine yourself taking laboured breaths as you die from a smoking related disease with the tubes coming out of different parts of your body. If you continue to smoke for the rest of your life the statistics very clearly show that you are likely to die a slow and painful death.
Whatever happens when you reach this point you will regret smoking like you have never regretted anything ever in your whole life. Around 70 percent of all smokers state that they want to quit but the sad thing is that so many of them don’t do what they say they want to do and instead keep putting it off. Quitting smoking is often about taking control of your life and planning your own destiny rather than the destiny that has been mapped out for you by cigarette companies and which normally ends up in a hospital bed.
Stop making excuses, don’t make a big deal of the fact that you are quitting smoking, thousands of people do it every single day and they are just as addicted as you are. Quitting smoking right now as you are reading this is possible, there is no reason why you need to have one more cigarette or even one more puff. A lot of successful quitters just quit in the middle of the day when they suddenly saw the light and realised how stupid their smoking habit was.
No one ever regrets quitting smoking. Every smoker regrets continuing to smoke at some point in their lives. It’s all about deciding who you want to be and the time to make decisions is right now.
